WHEN TO SEEK COUNSELLING?

Counselling is a self exploratory process that enables you to enhance your awareness to find the deeper meaning and purpose of your life.

Any time is a good time to seek counselling. You do not have to wait to see a counsellor or therapist until you are faced with mental health concerns or life’s challenges that make you hit the roof.

We have been busy seeking happiness and pleasures in the outside world and have been looking outwards our whole lives. As a fellow traveller on this journey, I invite you to “Pause and Reflect,” to “Open Doors Inwards,” and to “Tune in to yourSELF” for a change.

We could work on various concerns, patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that you would want to change to live a more fulfilling, productive, meaningful and purposeful life.
